So excited for you two as you approach the amazing moment when you get to be with your kids in person again! Just wanted to say I am SO GLAD I never deleted my “Daddy vs. Daughters” podcast episodes. I have 50 of those hilarious gems to fill in the gaps until your next M&L podcast. Yay, me!
When I was 9 I had a poodle who had to get shaved because of a skin condition. I laughed because he looked like a rat. After that whenever anyone came over he hid until his hair finally grew back. I hurt his feelings π
Can’t wait to hear about these beautiful babies!
Safe travels.
long time listener of M&B, Mark in the Morning, M&L and all things Thompson (podcasts, vlogs, youtube, and social media). I am Babes to my grandbabies…. 2 boys and 2 girls with the youngest.at just 5 months. I called my first born grandchild my ‘Sugar babes’ from his first breath. When he decided what he was going to call me it came out ‘Babes’ no matter what anybody else calls me… he will correct them. He is 14 now and still calls me Babes as does the other three. It is so special and all mine. I am so happy for you to be getting one of each and so close together!! Congrats to you and all the kids. I feel like y’all are family. I cherished meeting y’all and Jordan at the premiere of the Assassins Code and so appreciate the pix I have with each of you from that day. Y’all’s kindness and genuine friendliness is why we listeners view y’all as family.
Since this your last show for awhile you might not see this but I have to say mothers day has always been hard for me here’s why. I was born on my mothers birthday her name was Patricia my name is Patrick shocking right I lost her when I was 10yrs old birthday May 8th mothers day this year May 9th I’m 68 this year God willing I’ll see her again some day.
Love you guys good luck with the gran babies
Lynda, I hope you had a great mothers day. Yall, I lost my mom in 2001, I still wish her a happy mothers day and miss her so much. My mom went by Mary also. I wish you a safe trip, have a great visit with the kids. I will miss yall. I cry every time I hear IOU. Hey to the kids.
You two are pretty lucky, getting to keep your NC home and also have a place in CA to be with family. This SoCal gal had to choose which is why I now live in the Nashville area. Grandkids being the only reason I can think of for living in the south….no offense meant.
Walker will be fine. I traveled with my Yorkey many times. Be careful about a second dose of drugs. I gave one to my poor dog once and he was so passed out that I worried about him the whole way. Dogs rarely pee in their carry on cases. You will be able to reach in and pet him or let him nibble on your fingers. His hair will grow back. All will be well.
Congratulations on your grand babies. Enjoy your blessed lives. Hope to hear you on podcast again soon. But will understand if this is it.
Thanks for all the free shows…Love you guys so much and praying for a safe journey…I can’t say I’m not bummed not hearing from you for a while…Be well…
What am I going to do with my Friday mornings??? **sad panda face**
BUT so happy that you will be with the kids after more than a year. So many blessings to be had. BABIES!! GRANDBABIES!! Go enjoy and make memories. I, for one, will be here when you come back. Safe travels. Love you all.
