Hello Mark, Lynda, and Danny!
First of, LOVE you all! I look forward to Wednesday’s and Friday’s to listen to both of your podcasts. I don’t listen live, but at the end of my work day, I put on my ear buds and listen to them as I am doing auditing of my work for the day! Thank you for making my last hour and half go by faster! (P.S. I try not to laugh out loud, as a very quiet office…but hard sometimes!) 🙂
But, the main reason for my writing is I wanted to Thank you Mark! Thought of you this year, and every 9/11. People always ask, “Where were you when the planes struck the buildings on 9/11?”. My reply, was I just got in my car to go to work, and as always, turned on M & B. You guys reported, as most did, just one plane flew into the first tower. But, when second plane hit, you guys, and many knew, something else was going on. I had about an hour drive from North Orange County to South Orange County for work, and listened to you guys. Your station (I think) was owned by Disney/ABC as the time, so you had (the late) Peter Jennings cut in, and heard him speak as well. I remember crying when they said the first, then the second tower fell! Like many, I was stunned! I don’t remember how I got to work that day. I don’t remember driving at all. I just remember you two coming on after Peter Jennings, also emotional, and just telling everybody to “keep calm”. You two were very soothing voices, in a very scary time, and want to thank you for that!!
I did not listen to the original M & L podcast, but when you came to the “The Sound”, I told everyone I knew. Sad, when you announced you were leaving. But, VERY happy with your new podcasts! Love them more, as you have free range and cuss whenever you damm well want to!!
KEEP CALM AND CARRY ON !
Love ya ALL!

#1. I ordered the egg cooker from Amazon! Since the ’80s, I’ve been using an Oster cooker that was a hand-me-down. I thought it was time for a new one.
#2. “I’m about to whip somebody’s ass!” I sure missed that! Thanks for using again!
The last Gino Vanelli concert we were at he told the story of Mark shitting his pants….I wonder if he tells that story at every concert? Lol! Still entertaining audiences after all these years….too funny!
I’ve been a fan of Mark since the first M&B days on KLOS. But, I have to be honest. After they retired the show, and you two started the M&L Podcast, I barely gave it a try. I thought “how dare Lynda horn in on Mark’s audience, fame and popularity.
But, I was thrilled to hear Mark’s Back, and both saddened and pissed to loose him again. But, this time I gave you a chance, Lynda. And you won me over. You, in your own right have such a witty, wonderful and wild talent. You crack me up. And add a natural balance to the crap Mark is trying to get away with. Haha. It wouldn’t suprize me if you’re the next Sharon Osborne. Hmmm maybe YOU’RE the real reason for the new agent in Atlanta. Ha ha.
The first thing I thought of when Lynda said that Bradley is just like Mark was, “I wonder if Bradley has gay tendencies?” For those that don’t know, when Lynda first started dating Mark she thought he might be gay, so Lynda asked Mark: “Are you gay.” Haha
Hey You Guys! Another great show! Great to hear Sam Farmer again. I’m a life long listener, 25 yrs of M&B etc, etc. I am however a fairly silent listener. I’ve only called in a handful of times throughout the years but I digress. Mark, I must say that you have always had an amazing ability to make us listeners feel as though you are speaking directly to each and every one individually. Through all the comedy hijinx and all your other bullshit, you make us feel like we are family and we matter. It’s a very special talent. One day I’d like to personally thank you for all the years and Lynda I’d like to give you a big hug. Just because you need could use a good hug for having to put up with Mark’s shit all these years. Sorry for being so breathy. In closing I’ll just say, Mark, LICK MY FUCKIN FRESHLY SHAVED BALLS! Have a great day. I love you all, including Danny!
3-Hole punch Paulette hit the nail on the head. We genuinely feel as though your family is an extension of ours…ALL of ours. I cried like a bitch at my desk the day you retired from KLOS feeling like I had just lost a family member. I was so excited to find the M&L podcast and to not only get to hear you and your wonderful wife but your kids too. So good. I could go on and on but I won’t. Just know you guys mean the world to us fans. Have a great weekend!!
Paulette said it best!!!! You are a blessing to our souls & to our lives every day of the year! Oh and I would love to have the birthday chicken next Friday. My birthday is September 16th. I will be 49 & yes Mark I still have it going on down there & Also the “rack I got hangin’ off that” is 32D & I’m a big ole slut for 1! On another note I am So excited about Amy’s engagement. Can’t wait to her all the wedding preparation shenanigans! I love you all so much! Yes even Danny! 💖

Skeeter,
Not to point out that you are wrong. But you are on 1 account, about Bradley(tank top) being just like Mark.
Mark calls the man to fix everything. Bradley is the man to fix everything!!
Congrats to them.
Thank you
