OMG Matt, did you hear your wife? SHE WANTS TO $#%* Batman on a desert island!!! Please go out and buy yourself a mask today!!! In the words of Rat from Fast Times at Ridgmont High – “you won’t regret it”
Love you guys!
I will concur with everyone else who already said it: fresher eggs do not peel as easily as older eggs. I learned it from America’s Test Kitchen and my favorite food science-guru Alton Brown.
Now, something from an older show: one of the brain teaser games was Mark reading a list of things, and the person has to identify which one doesn’t belong. One of the sets of words were colors: red, blue, green, and yellow. According to the answer Mark was reading from, the ‘correct’ choice was ‘green’. I argue that ‘yellow’ is a MORE correct choice than ‘green’. We learn in grade school that the primary colors are red, yellow & blue, and we may have even seen demonstrated. This is true with most substances that you can touch and mix together, like paints, dyes, etc.. However, when it comes to TV, movies, computer/phone screens, etc. the primary colors of are red, blue & green. Plus, ‘yellow’ is two syllables, and ‘green’ is only one syllable, like ‘red’ & ‘blue’.
Keep up the great work!
