BTW, Sirius/XM Radio has a “Yacht Rock” station. It’s only seasonal during the summer and maybe one other time of year. Channel 70. I had never heard the term until I found it on Sirius/XM and thought they made it up. Had no idea it was a real genera until you talked about it!.
Mark you mentioned in this episode during your funeral song choice that you had thought about was a piece by Beethoven. Just one question sir…what was he like in concert?
Hello Lynda and Mark,
I believe funerals are for the living. I’m touched when the songs played at a funeral remind me of the passed loved one or friend. My conclusion is family members picked the songs. So yeah, I would like to know what Matt, Eleni, Katie, and the other one would play at your celebration of life when you are no longer among the living.
As far as the songs you chose for your funeral…Play them on your birthday.
Mark… Mark… Mark… Jennifer Lawrence starred in a blockbuster movie series that started with “The Hunger Games”. If you haven’t seen the series it’s pretty dang good!! Her gig with Bradley Cooper was after that series of films.
Hey Mark, I loved ” Goliath” as well. Hopefully you know season 2 has been out for a while now. I liked it better than season 1. The second to last episode of season 2 is an odd episode that you thinking why did they do this the whey they did it. Just don’t get on Gabrielle’s bad side! You’ll find out why. Watch and enjoy.
Hey Mark, glad to finally hear your thoughts about Game Of Thrones. I have tried multiple times to watch it but just haven’t been that gripped by it. My wife, my friends, and my side of the family LOVE it, so I don’t know what’s wrong with me. Anyway, now that you’ve got some free TV time, why not restart Breaking Bad? I’ve included a clip for you to check out – yes, it’s the end of an episode – but is in no way a spoiler. I would prefer to email you this, but I’ll just quickly explain the scene here: Basically, bad guy threatens Walt and tells him he’s going to kill his family. Walt knows a guy who can make his family “vanish”. Quickly, Walt goes home to get the money to pay said guy to make them “vanish”, but little does he know, Skyler also needed the money to take care of a situation she’s gotten herself into that could also affect her family. The money is gone. Walt and his family are doomed. You will also see a scene that reveals Hank is being threatened by the Mexican Cartel. All of this information is brought to surface in two minutes and none of it is spoilery. What you are about to witness is what got Bryan Cranston the Emmy Award for season 4. Enjoy:
You wanna get rid of spider webs, you gotta get rid of the spiders. I like checking the perimeter of my house for black widows, but I have to do it at night cause that’s when they come out. Figure out when they’re active and get’em.

Another reason to get rid of the ducks. I had a family member contract diarrhea for 3 months from swimming in a pool that was used by ducks.
