Much love to Mark, Lynda, and Danny. Thank you all so much for entertaining us each week. My family has long been fans/listeners of the Thompson family and listening to your podcast is a great unifier (not sure that’s a word) as we laugh together at the various antics on both M&L and DVD. I’m hoping to have you wish my little sister a happy 40th b’day this week (her birthday is today, September 28th) and get the birthday chicken shout out. All the best, Christy Holliday
Mark, thank you for the Paul McCartney Top 20 countdown. All that was missing was a long distance dedication! My wife and I actually danced to Maybe, I’m Amazed at our wedding I chose that song because the lyrics were everything I felt and wanted to say to my bride.
Dig deeper into Paul McCartney you guys! All the songs on The Rolling Stones list are really good to us big fans. Paul McCartney is a musical genius. In my humble opinion I think some of the more obscure songs are his best work! I do happen to agree with you Mark on UncleAlbert/Admiral Halsey. Pure brilliance! Love you guys! 💜
Hi – Dan From Dallas here. My 61st birthday is this Friday, September 29th. I’ll be out of town, but I’ll be listening to the podcast when I get back home. A birthday chicken would be totally cool – thanks.
First off…..Loven you two. Pittsburgh is a beautiful city with over 25 museums by the way. It has fine dinning and one of the largest outdoor botanical gardens in the country. Phipps Conservatory. It is located about 500 yards from the one of the tallest collegiate Library’s in the country. The Cathedral of Learning opened in 1936 and is 42 stories located on the Pitt campus. Pittsburgh has over 40 colleges within it’s city limits. The town has a lot of rich history, culture and the home of the 6 time Super Bowl Champions. You really should consider a visit. Google Pittsburgh and check it out. Obviously the city is going to surprise you.
