Hey RG, I know you just read em as you see em, and I can’t comment on the Bowie/Jagger connection, but the song Angie was written by Keith Richards on an acoustic guitar in Switzerland after he got out of rehab in March/April of 1972. He came up with the title, not Jagger, so I doubt it was about Angela Bowie. Another rumor was the song was written for Keith’s daughter Angela. Keith and Anita were expecting their first child at the time, and although she was called Angela, they did not know the sex of the child until she was born in December of 1972, so as Keith stated in his book, it was just a random name that sounded good in the song.
Either Sal or Mark screwed up. Tom Petty’s Refugee came out in 1979, not 1980. However, neither answer was given. It was released on the Damn the Torpedoes album. Normally I wouldn’t correct the RG, but Petty is my favorite musician. Walker needs the correct info.
On the January 29 show, Mark talked about Elton John’s recording of Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds. My favorite thing about this great record is that John Lennon is singing backups. He sings on every chorus and takes a solo chorus. They bury him in the mix a little, but it’s so nice to hear him!
Hi Lynda, Mark, and Walker,
This is regarding WandaVision; you should watch “Legends” on Disney+. It is a recap of Wanda and Legend in the past movies. I think it was a great way to recap what part these characters played in previous movies. WandaVision picks up after Avengers End Game.
Enjoy! Love hearing you all as always.

Hey Marc and Linda loved the show. Congratulations on the upcoming grandbaby. Onto the topic. What in the hell man. You play Lukather singing the praises of Terry Kath and he even gives you a song that he’s talking about and then you proceed to make us sit through 10 minutes of an all horns Chicago track. No guitar featured at all. That’s the radio God we all know and love.
Mark & Lynda, In the last week I listened to this band ranging in age from 12 to 21 called Liliac. They do great covers of classic hard rock songs and they have a lot of original songs. I thought I would post a link here and you can share with the rest of the listeners. These kids are very talented. https://youtu.be/VeDznoxjQy0
The octopus teacher was a great story into their lives, thanks! We recommend to you Mark and maybe Lynda would enjoy this. Spycraft on Netflix, it’s a very interesting look into the spy world and espionage!👍🏻👍🏻
