Lynda, the California split is on the ballot to benefit democrats. Check the map that is proposed. Each section has a heavily populated democratic city/area: San Francisco, Sacramento, L.A., San Diego. If you take a gander at the State of Jefferson movement, this is not the idea we’ve had in mind. We want to separate from San Francisco and Sacramento. We want a less populated, conservative/republican area and we oppose this change.
Can I please get a Birthday chicken for my Birthday on 6-19-18 I’m going to be 55 and it would mean alot 🙂 And Suck my ball Mark!!! P.S. Glad to hear you and Brian are getting back together …..LOL!
I am a faithful but rather silent listener. I did get on the show once and got a mention on your music podcast years ago.
I wanted to let you know that Lynda recommended the Cuisinart Egg Central a year ago and I went and ordered it. I used it once and kinda forgot about it.
Well for the past 3 months I’ve been using it every week. I needed to diet because I had lost control of my eating. The “Eggerator” has been pivotal in my weight loss. l start my day with one or two and if I get a little peckish later in the day, I can have another. I’ve lost 33 lbs and am trying for another 30. Yes, I was quite overweight.
Thank you for getting me to buy an appliance that ACTUALLY gets used.
Keep up the shows… podcasts come and go on my podcatcher, but yours is always there.
Mark, I know you like telling stories and, while rare, sometimes repeat stories you’ve recently told. So I thought I’d request one in particular that would be fun to hear more details about.
At some point in M&B, you “borrowed” the Bob’s Big Boy statue and recreated an Evil Knievel stunt with it. How did that go? What other shenanigans did you consider before deciding on the Knievel bit?
Also, I’ve submitted my nomination for M&B into the Radio Hall of Fame. Your induction has been put off long enough! Good luck!
I just saw the pic of your 4th of July ordinance on Twitter. 2 questions, question 1 Who are The Thompson’s declaring war on and question 2 will The Lake Norman Fire Department be standing by?
Oh you guys are killin me about the Radio Hall of Fame! Yes, I’ve been leading the push to nominate M&B, and they haven’t made it YET. I say YET because the Radio HOF building is blocks from where I work. If I have to just walk down there, and that is what it takes, I’m gonna get it done. It’s time.
On a different note…when is the fireworks shopping going to happen?
Much Love to all of you.
Don’t worry, Lynda. When Mark said the dog had a name beginning with another country, I couldn’t think of German Shepherd either. All I thought of was Mexican Mutt. By the way, I knew a Mexican Mutt–his name was Derrick. His full name was Derrick John. And he had a short head. And he moved to YorkSHIRE.

I also nominated Mark and Brian to the National Radio Hall of Fame. Absolutely absurd that they aren’t in there already!!

Loved the Bob Ross trivia! Spent many afternoons watching his show in awe as a child. Seemed like pure magic to my young eyes.
Please include my friend, Arnold’s, birthday in the chicken dedications. He’s turning 58 on June 23rd. Would love to surprise him.
