Mark Thompson is a forty-five year veteran of broadcasting. He spent twenty-five of those years on 95.5 KLOS doing mornings in Los Angeles as half of the Mark and Brian program. Mark says, “With technology being what it is, the way we receive our audio entertainment has changed. The choices for the consumer are endless. While I have always loved terrestrial radio and always will, I do believe that the future for audio entertainment is on the internet, and I want to be solidly in it when the big boom comes. Mark and Lynda have been married for a very long time. Lynda says, “I am the mother of three adult children. I have been married to Mark for thirty eight years, which explains my love for scotch.”

Mark very much wanted to take the relationship that the two of them have together and put it on the air. “It’s really unlike anything else that’s on the air, “ Mark says. “You will hear from my wife what I’ve been hearing in the kitchen at night as we share wine and make dinner, and that’s exactly what I was hoping for on the Mark and Lynda Podcast.”
