Hey Mark & Lynda, in response to the question: why no podcasts on Google podcast? July 8 was the last show with the mark & Lynda podcast logo. There must have been some sort of plug in change because now the show continues under the Power Press logo by blurry. In tiny letters under their massive logo is M&L studios. Listeners just have to do another search for mark and lynda and click on the power press icon to re- subscribe to your show. Wish I could send screen shots to make it easier for mark 😂 thanks for the east bending. 🙋🏽♂️
I just finished listing to the Not the sprinkles pod cast and it reminded me of something that I had forgotten about. The Thursday big show. What ever happened to that. It just seemed to stop one day. In my mind I can sing it The Mark and Brian big show
Also bought the book day one Will get the auto book and listen to you read it in the car.
Is there anyway you could give us a ballpark on the prices of the tickets? I really want to go to the show but I’m going to have to fly from Chattanooga and get a hotel. If I could get just a rough estimate on the tickets, I could see if it’s in my budget. $100? Couple hundred? Over $500? $1000?
About half way through the book and I must say that it is a really good read….is there anyway the Savon show can be streamed live or at least videoed and seen online at a later date? Lynda….have you seen Shawshank Redemption yet? Toto tickets?
I thought I was losing my mind! Mark said that the song “Hotel California” was released in September 1977, but I graduated in 1977 and was sure I listened to that song in my senior year of HS. So, I googled that shit and per Wikipedia, the single was released in February 1977. Whew! Just sharing in case there are others out there that thought they were losing it.
One of your listeners asked for the hints leading up to your news. I still have them on my phone notes, so here ya go! Can’t wait for my book to arrive in DECEMBER and when I can order the audio book in DECEMBER.
Mark Hints:
– You have one in your house
– You’ve done this before, and you will do this again.
– No two are exactly right
– You might need earplugs
– You can use this while standing, sitting, walking or running.
– Most people keep these for the rest of their lives.
– Beverly Hills
– Many people lick their fingers
– This comes in many forms, shapes and sizes
– Some are quite heavy. Some weigh nothing at all.
– Some people use one hand, other people use two, but some use none at all.
– You may laugh, you may cry, you may care, all without leaving your chair.
– Anybody can do this, but very few can do it well.
– Some people decorate with these.
Congratulations and thank you for sharing your new adventure with us! For the folks not able to go to the show (or not lucky enough to grab in time), will it be recorded? If not, hearing your description of the highlights will be great too!
I was going to suggest Dana listen to the older podcasts for the clues… but I have them. Verbatim.

Looking forward to the book, and audio book.
Hopefully, will get tickets to the Saban. What a treat that would be.
why will you be promoting the book with a publicist if you are only going to print 5000 and there is only 100 left for purchase? Seems like there is more to the future.
Hey mark, on the mark &brian show long ago, you mentioned a meal you made in a pan, you called it crap in a pan. How do you make this, what ingredients do you use.

I loved the one liner jokes on the show. I just have one request……can Nasty the Clown come out to play?
