Hi guys, just finishing up the PK podcast… John Waite is awesome! Found your podcast in January, and I’ve been catching up on all of them, and looking forward to every Friday’s new one! Been an M&B fan since 89, having my 58th birthday this coming April 30th!
A ‘suggestion’ for Cool Stories… How bout something about Toy Matinee? Tough story, but you turned me on to them back in the day, and I still listen to the excellent album!
Anyway, great to be listening again to you and Lynda! Continued success!!!!!
You two crack me up, love the show! I had a neighbor who trained her dogs well and taught me to keep a pocket full of treats at all times if you want a well behaved dog. I did that with our sweet Jaxon and he is the goodest, best behaved dog around! Good luck with Walker!
Any idea on where the video of Richard Marx performing at MITM went?
We used to watch it once in a while. Checked on Google and YouTube but it’s nowhere to be found…
Hey RFG and Nana. It’s Rico from LA. I have a movie question for the RG. RG have you seen or heard of the horror movie X. It has the two things you like horror and porn. It’s at 96% on rotten tomatoes. I think you would enjoy.
During the time our favorite couple was visiting their grandchildren, I had to find another podcast. I came across a podcast hosted by Will Arnett, Sean Hayes, and Marks favorite, Jason Bateman.
As I recall, Mark has said he would love to work with and meet Jason Bateman. During the time I listened, I realized that Jason Bateman is married to Paul Anka’s daughter. Seems that should get him an introduction, if he only could remember!
Hey Mark! Regarding “Rock is Dead”. By chance have you listened to Mammoth WVH double album? Wolfgang Van Halen wrote all of the music and lyrics, sang every song, and played every instrument. It’s an amazing album, and he’s so very talented. I hope this is the start of shedding new light on great rock and roll. Thoughts?
Hi RG and Lynda! My 60th birthday was last Thursday, April 7th. After hearing your interview with Donny Osmond a while back I decided I wanted to see his Las Vegas show for my birthday so I went with a couple of girlfriends. They bought me a sash that said “60 and Fabulous” and a light-up tiara too and I wore them both to the show. Well wouldn’t you know it, DONNY CAME TO OUR BOOTH AND SANG ME A BIRTHDAY SONG AND PUT MY NAME ON THE BIG SCREEN!!! I was sitting in the middle of the booth and unfortunately for my friend Kay who was sitting on my right side, when I realized he was coming all the way to our table I pushed and kicked her out of the booth so I could give Donny a hug!! Hahahahahahaaaa!! We all laughed so hard the whole weekend and I am more in love with Donny now than I was when I was 10 years old and bowed to his poster on the wall of my bedroom. Thanks so much for all you do – love your show!

Here’s show content for Mark on his obsessive love of One-Hit Wonders. A researcher cracked the code with 3 rules of thumb.

Mark, get a microfiber cloth to clean your glasses. Won’t scratch them and won’t gross Linda out.

Random thought: Am I the only one that when the Zip Recruiter commercials come on, it sounds like they’re saying “Zipper-Cooter?”
