Hey Lynda,
When you read my comment from last week about traveling with Walker, you left out the most important part…..
“You are good humans.”
Fly safe.
Loved your summer playlist! Knew most of the songs and wish you would list the songs somewhere on this websiteš¤š¾. Have fun in Cali! See ya in September and canāt wait til 8/17.
I can’t believe you guys totally missed the perfect joke when she was reading the comments from Pat and she goes I don’t know what Pat is how did you guys not immediately go to the Saturday night live skit It’s Pat where for years you didn’t know if it was a man or a woman disappointed in you for not catching that Mark
Donāt know if this has been mentioned – Iām a week behind – but Jimi Hendrix opened for the Monkees not vice versa. Saw them when I was 5. It was Hendrix, Bobby & the Sundowners than the Monkees. Saw them at Forest Hills Tennis Stadium. All I really remember are the teenage girls screaming for Davey
Hello Nana and RG. I have a question for the RG. Mark do you believe that if this new movie from Jordan peele called NOPE is not good like his last move sucked. Would that make him the new M. Night Shyamalan? Ps if I ever meet you ima knee you in the nuts for taking crap about The Rolling Stones. Love you guys Rico.
Hello Mark and Lynda! It has been a nice treat to have you back the last few weeks. Tom Cruise. I am not a fan and I had no desire to see the new Top Gun until the most unlikely people said how great it was. Gina Grad was one of them. I went and I was super impressed. They got up to the line of being overly sapping and surprisingly did not over do it. It is still a bit campy but in the best of ways. Never thought much of Tom’s acting chops. The scene with Val Kilmer, which he was not in the actual scene with Tom due to his health was true acting on Tom’s part. I am not an actor but to show emotion in a scene alone must be a true skill. See it. On a big screen!
(Just for you two. Thank you. This has been covered, but I paid great attention when you shared about the end of Red’s life. My dog “told” me that the end was here. I listened, saw and acted. She had a vet appointment for a blood draw in prep for her upcoming physical. That morning I had to make her get up and go pee. She immediately went back in the bedroom. Laid down on her bed facing away from the door. She Never-Ever did that. When the vet informed me that she had bleeding around her heart I made the hard choice. If not for the sharing of your experience I am sure I would have prolonged her, and my suffering. Thank you from the bottom of both of our hearts. Have fun making memories with the kids, Grandkids and the dogs. Love!)
This is not really a comment itās more of a do you remember. I am a long time listener from back in the day on I95 in Birmingham. Do you remember Pam Huff she was a news anchor on 13 news. Your made a funny song about Pam the anchor woman. Well she announced yesterday that she is going though what Lynda went through, she has breast cancer. So keep her in you thoughts and prayers.
October 16th our Panthers come to town to play the Rams at Sofi Stadium. Iāll be there with my Ram fan friends watching and praying we donāt get destroyed! Hopefully the RG will be there as well so I wonāt be the only Panthers fan in the stadium
