Mark and Lynda first off my 55th birthday is September 24th. Second I would argue that Season 2 Episode 6 of The Bear is the best single episode of any television program ever!
For program my vote goes to Shorsey, an offshoot from Letterkenny. Best dialog goes to Letterkenny episode one, second one. If you watch it pay attention from the moment you push play. At second one for the first three minutes is the funniest shit you will ever hear. Its fast talking so you can’t have any distractions but god damn it is funny!
I am one of those KLOS listeners from day 1 and went to many of the Mark and Brian events. Drive In nights, go kart racing at Anaheim Stadium, movie screenings, a car stereo competition event at the no longer Devonshire Downs in Northridge, and the now infamous Mickey Thomson event that you guys were booed at. I will never understand why that happened. I say infamous because I just got to this part in your book, as a fan for 25 years I never knew how it affected you. I am equally shocked hearing how the Howard Stern era affected you; I would have never known listening on the radio. I am sorry you and Brian had to go thru that, very enlightening to listen your story. Thank you for publishing your story and doing the audiobook, as you stated, it is your story, who else could possibly read it! You are a great storyteller as you already know! Thanks for the years and book! Love the hard cover book and now the audiobook as well!
Hi Lynda and Mark,
I agree with you Lynda 100% and Mark you are wrong. When you first got the box of the tiny sink, did you not notice is was a small size box? But most importantly, like Lynda said, they sent you paperwork to go over and APPROVE IT. Mark you told all of us you signed it, so you APPROVED IT!) Mark why didn’t you look over it? I don’t understand why anyone wouldn’t read over paperwork before signing. Since your concern was this girl being a new employee, that should have given you more reason to look things over and make sure they were going to make it per your specifications. You did not look it over, so sorry you got stuck with a tiny sink. Mark you are just pissed cause you fu#ked up and can’t blame anyone else.
You guys need to fix it, you don’t want to live with this sink that you can only wash utensils, cups and your hands in. And Lynda, Mark is correct when it comes to them cutting out a bigger hole, all the old crap is gone, there will be dust but not as much.
Hey y’all!
I bought the book as soon as it was announced last year but tried to buy it from audible too but it wasn’t available-u til NOW! I’m at LEAST the 10th purchase now!!!
Yay!
Lynda-keep up the awesome jobs on the game! I’m always guessing with you and rooting for you each time! Xoxo
PS. If you see this by next week-
Birthday Chicken-I’m turning a crusty 56 on the 8th! Shut up Mark! 😉
Love you both!

Hey RG!
Question: Since when are babies not allowed in First Class?
Funny story: In 2010 my wife and I were traveling home from Japan with my 5 year old daughter and my not quite two year old son, and had First Class (they called it Business Class) tickets for the flight from Tokyo to Portland. When we lined up for First Class boarding, the Flight Attendant took one look at us and immediately put us in the coach line without even checking our tickets, so the other First Class passengers could board. When she got around to letting the Coach passengers board and checked our tickets, she was quite embarrassed.
On the flight is when it got a bit tense. My little boy had an ear infection in both ears, and we had no clue. It is a nine hour flight from Tokyo to Portland, ……. my son cried seven of them! The flight crew were really understanding though, and even tried to carry him around the flight deck to calm him down, but he just balled almost the entire time. I felt really bad for the other First Class passengers, but there was nothing we could do. Needless to say, the flight attendants were making sure EVERYONE stayed liquored up and had their noise cancelling headphones turned up the entire time!

We lost a great one on 9/1. Jimmy Buffett passed after a battle with cancer. While his fans are mourning his passing, Jimmy shared a last video about the love he had for his dogs. Though ya’ll would enjoy it:
