Use this page to say hey, ask a question (which probably won’t get answered), or just to kiss the RG’s ass.

Mark, love the new podcast. And Joe Moore was interesting, but he needs some coffee!

Listening to your interview with Joe Moore, I wasn’t sure if I was listening to “What You Do”, or “Coast-to-Coast AM”, with Art Bell.

I did learn a new way to pronounce infiltrate.

Hope things aren’t going off the rails on a crazy train.

    Still loving you.

    Hello Mark,
I’m glad to hear that you home was spared from the hurricane and my thoughts are with those that aren’t as fortunate.
I’m reaching out about the trivia game that you play. I believe I answered the trivia question regarding slow internet behavior as measuring stick for marrying somebody (Will Ferrell) before anybody else. I probably wouldn’t even follow up on this if you hadn’t sold us so hard on the bookmark ruler. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve needed to measure something while reading. Would still love one. I’m happy to pay for shipping. I bought your book to gift and I was eyeballing that bookmark like a dog looks at a steak before giving both away as a gift. I got the book audio version too as I couldn’t pass up hearing things in your tone to better understand the stories.
All ribbing aside, I enjoy your show and it’s a highlight in the morning. I first heard of you from the stories my father would bring home after work of what you did on the Mark and Brian show that day. I’ve been listening ever since. Glad I have a format to say Thank You.

Hey Mark, Thank you for the longer episodes. Your interview with Joe was very interesting and horrifying. He definitely has balls bigger than a bull. A very large bull! I always wanted to join the FBI. While I was in the Navy in the 80’s I started the process. I was through the background check and the physical requirements. I only had to do the psych test. I was the best shooter on my ship and was part of the quick reaction force. My last six months in the Navy I was detached to the DEA for boat interdiction training off the coast of Baja, CA. I finished the course and was on a Coast Guard cutter. We stopped a boat that was believed to be smuggling narcotics. We were met with pissed off men with automatic weapons. They stood down, but in that moment, I realized that I definitely did not like angry people pointing weapons at me. My Balls are definitely not bull sized. I pulled my application to the bureau. Thank you for the show!

I forgot to mention in my previous comment that if that was legitimately Michael Douglas asking for the birthday trombone I would love to hear you interview him on this show since he is a listener. He is 80 by the way and CZJ is 55. I don’t remember hearing you interview him in the past. Take care, – Lloyd

Mark, just listened to your episodes a few weeks back about the father that just realized his son wasn’t his biologically on Reddit. Well, take it from one of your very loyal listeners rather than an online thread.

When my daughter was 4 years old, I discovered she wasn’t mine biologically. My wife had kept it from me and my name was the father on the birth certificate. I even cut the imbilical cord!

Fast forward about 12 years, I had heard the man that was her biological father was looking to reach out to her, so her mother told her (my daughter) without me being present – the bitch! The one thing we agreed upon was if the day ever came to tell her, we’d both be present. My ex-wife at this point, once again had decieved me.

Well upon my daughter learning this, she immediately came to my house hugged me and said, “YOU are my dad”! And to this day she is my EVERTHING! In fact she is even closer to me than my biological son.

She is SO much like me in every way! Humor, good with money, personality, etc…. So if anyone wonders about the “Nature vs Nuture” question, trust me, it’s completely NUTURE!

My daughter is now 27, a college graduate and doing wonderful in her career. SHE is the single proudest accomplishment of my entire life.

Happy Friday Mark! I just listened to Joe Moore. What a nice man. He talks so calm, which is almost funny considering his line of work. I can relate to being under cover…I am a mystery shopper, so when I go to Five Guys for lunch, they don’t know I’m watching everything they do (I’m not kidding about this…I get paid to eat at Five Guys).
Also…I can’t remember his name, but you interviewed someone who now helps you line up guests. Maybe he can help you get the videos of your show at the Saban Theater.
Thank you for bringing the interviews with very interesting people.

    Hey Mark,
Long time listener and happy to hear you every week again.

I’m not sure if anyone else has commented on this but there could be a possibility that today’s birthday teombone was for Michael Douglas and he was talking about his younger wife Catherin Zeta Jones.

Keep on bringing the great content!

    Thanks!

Hi Mark! Sure hope your beautiful home in North Carolina is OK. Recently, you talked about past Mark and Lynda Podcast episodes being available on archive.org, which is awesome, I’ve already listened to all your podcasts two or three times through this great archive, and have supported them with donations over the years. I have a serious addiction to it.🤗 The problem is there’s no access to Podcasts that were done between 2015 and when you ended just recently. I would also love to listen to Daddy vs Daughters Podcast, but that is nowhere to be found. So there are about seven years worth of Mark and Lynda podcasts that are unavailable. And for you other fans out there who can’t get enough of Mark, I’m now listening on archive.org to the old Mark In The Morning podcasts, way too much fun!
Boatload of love to you, Lynda and your beautiful family.🩷💛🩷💛

Concerned on how the Thompson family is after the horrific hurricane that hit the south eastern states. I’m a long time listener since the beginning, listening to Mark was always part of my day going years back. Please post when you can, as a listener and a supporter of the Mark and Linda and Mark and Brian shows, the Thompson family has been on my mind. God Bless, hope all is well and your safe..

    Hey Mark,
I literally grew up listening to Mark & Brian my entire childhood. I turned 40 this year and can remember vividly always hearing you guys on the radio as a kid. In January 2012 my ex-wife and I tragically lost a child. As one would expect this was a devastating loss and took me to a dark place in the months afterwards. One of the only things I looked forward to and honestly compelled me to get up each day was to listen to you guys and to hear your laugh. Your laugh is so contagious that I couldn’t help but smile and end up laughing myself which would always force me to keep going through those dark times. Thank you Mark for being a bright light in a dark time for me! Keep doing what you do because you never know the impact you have on someone else’s happiness.
