Hey Mark,
I literally grew up listening to Mark & Brian my entire childhood. I turned 40 this year and can remember vividly always hearing you guys on the radio as a kid. In January 2012 my ex-wife and I tragically lost a child. As one would expect this was a devastating loss and took me to a dark place in the months afterwards. One of the only things I looked forward to and honestly compelled me to get up each day was to listen to you guys and to hear your laugh. Your laugh is so contagious that I couldn’t help but smile and end up laughing myself which would always force me to keep going through those dark times. Thank you Mark for being a bright light in a dark time for me! Keep doing what you do because you never know the impact you have on someone else’s happiness.
Mark – I love your show. Especially when you talk about “the music “. I first heard the song Urgent on your podcast a couple of years ago and had to add it to my playlist. Then you bring it up again regarding Jr Walker – always giving us great info. My fave by him and his band is “What does it take (to win your love). I also love Eleni’s song that you play at the beginning of every podcast. Her and Matt are so talented. I do hope your house is okay in NC and that you and Lynda are okay. Hugs, gloria

Mark,
I know you love Chicago as do I. And here is a track they just released from 1971. Saturday in the Park recorded before the studio version. This is the first time it was played live and with Peter Cetera singing lead vocal instead of Robert Lamm. Also on this release is Dialogue but with Terry and Robert trading vocals instead of Peter and Terry. https://open.spotify.com/track/3EDIx7vkN0fNm3o8NZzgz1?si=mhO7-gqUTAiyNnXuAE0xkw&context=spotify%3Aalbum%3A4rwZAclbsuCw7pS1cz9oDg
