    Mark,

Let’s play a quick game, in what year did these happen?

    – Nirvana releases “Smells Like Teen Spirit”

    – Dances with Wolves won Best Picture at the Academy Awards

    – The Minnesota Twins defeated the Atlanta Braves in game 7 to win the World Series.

    – M&M’s introduces Peanut Butter M&M’s

    This all happened, in 1991.

    Loving you, ya geezer.

    Christmas Show tickets?

Good morning Mark, I have listened to you since The Mark and Brian days, love everything you do, after your last show of What You Do I wanted to say this is why people can’t get along and we need too so bad. It doesn’t matter who you vote for what color you are we just need to GET ALONG!!! When those people said they wouldn’t listen to your show anymore because of the way you voted, that is sad. It doesn’t matter to me one way or the other everyone has a voice. My husband and I don’t agree on Rams And Raiders should we Divorce? Just saying! Have a wonderful day and enjoy all you do.

Mark even though I disagree with you politicaly and with your determination of who is a threat to democracy I still listen because I am a fan . I almost quit listening in 2020 when you went political and it upset me, but after thinking about it . even though I don’t think any celebrities of any kind should try and sway people in a political way. everyone has a right to say and believe what they want. I personally don’t vote for a party but for what I believe is right regardless of party or person. I will keep listening and wishing you and your family the best. thank you

Morning Mark just finished up Friday’s show….just want to agree with you 100% about going down a dark road and not talking with anyone. I have been down those roads numerous times, but always found it in my heart to find something positive to help work out my issues, which my positive was always goes back to my kids. My wife lost her father to suicide, and I always go back to making a goal to not leave my children without their father.

Love everything you do for your listeners and looking out for their best interests.

Cheers to you and Lynda. Oh can’t for get Walker too, stupid dog LOL

    Hi Mark,
Here’s my immediate response….. when I heard you share your views of the importance of voting, I actually wasn’t sure what side of the coin you were coming from. Wasn’t sure if living in NC has had any impact on you. That is the beauty of what you said. Of course, Bruce Springsteen made it clear to me.
I too, have been listening to you from day 1 at KLOS, so what…..
Let those two go out to pasture…….
You are doing an incredible public service, and don’t stop!!
Thank you for everything you do.

    Hi RG,
Was just listening to Episode 13, and noticed that you were using the music from “Halloween” for your background music. Every time I hear that music, I remember that I am only 4 1/2 miles away from the original Michael Myers house, in South Pasadena. It was recently moved to the corner just to the east of the “hardware store” where Michael stole a mask, some rope and a few knives. That place is now a restaurant. Turn around a face south and you’ll see the intersection where Loomis first asked Sheriff Bracket to speak with him. When you’re back in So Cal and if you feel like checking the house out, you can just put “Michael Myers House” into Google Maps and it will give you directions to the corner of Mission St and Meridian in South Pasadena.
As always, thanks for all you do and Happy Halloween to you and the family.

Hey Mark, You have asked for suggestions for interviews. I would love to hear from your KC buddy that did an impromptu eulogy of a passing sports Icon. I do not remember who he eulogized but I loved it! He was a wonderful and intriguing guest! With all of the massive talents that have passed lately I would love to hear his thoughts. I was a big fan of the Big Red Machine back in the day. Not just Pete. Morgan, Bench and others were a joy to watch. It would be wonderful to hear his thoughts!

Hello RG. I started listening to you when M& B arrived in Portland. I have been a fan since! I am thrilled that you have brought your fun show and shenanigans back to my Fridays. I am a military veteran, and proud American most of the time. I have and will continue to protect our country regardless of your beliefs. It makes us all better. I never gave your political leanings much thought but figured you may well be left of me. So What. I live and work in a very liberal town. I don’t care how you lean provided you are a good human. For the gentlemen that disapproved. It is their right, but I find their opinion shallow and one dimensional. You are more than an opinion. As you made perfectly clear in your closing last week it is all about love and family. And of course, Dogs. I was flying home from Maine when I had time to listen. I was quite touched by your love for the kids. Also, I found the interview interesting and fun. It was nice to learn more about what Matthew and Eleni do and what they are creating for their kids. Thank you Mark!

    Mark,
I have a problem with the promotional condom I bought on your website. At first I could not figure out what MTP on the side stood for. Then of course once I put it on you can read that it says, “Mark Thompson Podcast”. Here is the problem! After one very quick use I found out that it had a hole in it. You would have thought just the fact of finding a hole would have me upset. Well yes, I’m very unhappy, but what really troubles me is that your wife will no longer speak to me!

It’s to bad that happened, because she really enjoyed the promotional Rabbit!

Great show with Matt and Eleni and congratulations on the upcoming baby boy!

Thanks for your comments on the election. There are many of us that are completely aligned with you and it is important to take a position.

I’m also an election judge and the idea that the election is compromised, non-citizens are voting or votes are being switched is complete nonsense. I always take time to explain election security and technology to the doubters but nothing they’re told by Fox News is going to change their minds!

Keep doing what you do – we’ll always be listening!

    Hi Mark,

Long time Mark and Brian listener and fairly new to your podcast. I want to express my sincere thank you for your latest episode. Your comments around the death of Liam Payne were very thoughtful and hit home a bit for me as I am struggling a bit emotionally with the end of a long friendship.

I also thoroughly enjoyed your interview with your son and his wife. Love the shenanigans and the obvious incredible love you have for your entire family ❤️.

Lastly, how you addressed the negative comments from last week’s episode was spot on! If we all don’t speak up about the severe danger we are facing in this election, then we are saying it’s okay for our country to become a dictatorship.

Thank you for all you do, and love to you and your beautiful family!!

    Nancy
