Your number one fan; Ronald Sharrit passed away. We were putting a video together and in every picture he is wearing Mark and Lynda or Phenomenal T-shirts. We put a nice picture of Ron, Mark and Lynda when he met you at your show in L.A. I can honestly say, he fell asleep most every night watching Mother Ghost. Ron thought of your family as his family too. Tell that damn dog, “Get out of the pool!”
Mark, great first show and LOVED it man! Christopher Tester was fantastic and a hell of a guy. Thank you for working so hard to make our day. By the way, the Eric Carmen song you played on the test podcast, thanks, I am still singing it dammit!
Hey y’all, SRL here. Just popping by to say that if there’s not already a frenzy of all the time’s Mark sang along to the songs he was playing there should be. I was just listening to the M&L episode from 9/30/22 and he sang along with a couple of bubble gum pop songs and I swear to the podcast gods, it’s my favorite episode of all of the M&L episodes.
Love the new show and your first guest! On a side note I just watched the Reba episodes where you played boyfriend Brian. I never saw any Reba episodes when the show was originally on the air, so this was my first time seeing you acting (other than being a non verbal concerned onlooker). You did a damn fine job! I was a Mark and Brian listener from the beginning, and for the life of me, I don’t recall you ever mentioning on the radio your appearing in the show.
Really enjoyed getting to know Mr. Tester. You, Mark, by far, are the best interviewer. Funny about your pizza talk that you “would eat shitty pizza.” Christopher replied, “yes, even done unwell.” Made me laugh!
Hey Mark! Love episode one but just FYI, when you were interviewing Christopher and it was just you speaking, I noticed a very faint echo or reverb at times. Not sure if that’s by design or some audio artifact – just letting you know. Can’t wait for ep 2!
Mark, the whole concept of the show was very enjoyable and you couldn’t have picked a better person to launch with. I enjoyed it very much. Thank you.
I have a curiosity question that I wanted to ask you. Have you seen the film “On The Line” starring Mel Gibson? I’d like your thoughts about that film. I know mine and by giving them, I don’t want to spoil it. But it’s right up your alley.
I loved the first installment of the new show. Christopher Tester was an awesome guest. Same antics to get guests for a Christmas show had me smiling. The RG hasn’t changed. Lovin you!
I’m loving the new show. I’m glad it’s going to be a Friday thing again. The last 4 months without a show from you made me not know what to do with my Friday mornings. Glad you’re back. Looking forward to your upcoming shows.
